We treat all client information, evidence, and data with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with local and international data protection laws including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Clients are responsible for obtaining legal permissions for any data submitted for forensic review.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, tools, methodologies, and software are the intellectual property of Greyhawk Forensics. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Greyhawk Forensics does not guarantee outcomes in litigation, criminal investigations, or third-party decisions. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from service use, delays, or system failures beyond our control.
5. Service Availability
Our services are available subject to staff availability, resource requirements, and jurisdictional compliance. Emergency incident response is available 24/7 for subscribed clients or under retainer contracts.
6. Payment & Refund Policy
Project fees and pricing are discussed and agreed upon before any engagement. Refunds are only issued for services not rendered due to internal error. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Third-Party Tools & Affiliates
We may use licensed forensic tools such as Magnet AXIOM, Autopsy, AI Forensics Systems, or collaborate with verified affiliates. We are not responsible for the availability, integrity, or pricing of third-party platforms.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City or the applicable Philippine court system.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
