Job Summary

Greyhawk Forensics is looking for a dynamic Team Cybersecurity Manager to lead our cybersecurity operations, focusing on threat detection, incident response, and client protection using Jera AI 4.0. This mid-senior role suits a strategic leader who can guide teams in defending against Philippine-specific threats like ransomware and deepfakes, while ensuring DPA compliance. You’ll oversee operations for BPO, government, and corporate clients, contributing to training like Certified CEH+ and driving Greyhawk’s growth in the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-10 cybersecurity specialists in monitoring, detecting, and responding to threats using Jera AI 4.0 for anomaly flagging and predictive analytics.
• Develop and implement incident response plans, conducting drills and post-incident reviews aligned with NICE Framework tasks like T1464 (Legal compliance).
• Lead client engagements, from vulnerability assessments to full cybersecurity audits, ensuring DPA-compliant data handling and reporting.
• Mentor team members through Greyhawk’s Certified CEH+ program, fostering skills in ethical hacking and AI-enhanced defenses.
• Collaborate with forensics teams on integrated investigations, such as tracing insider threats or phishing campaigns.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats (e.g., AI-generated scams), contributing to Greyhawk’s thought leadership and service innovation.
• Monitor team performance, allocate resources, and report metrics to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Support business development by presenting cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications like Certified CEH+, CISSP, or CISM required.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing operations and incident response.
• Expertise in tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, and AI platforms; knowledge of Jera AI 4.0 or similar preferred.
• Deep understanding of DPA, RA 10175, and ISO 27001 for secure operations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring entry-level staff.
• Familiarity with Philippine cyber threats (e.g., OSAEC, financial breaches) a must.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; willingness to handle on-call duties.
