The Role in One Line
Be the first line of defense for UK financial institutions and global enterprises — monitor, triage, and escalate threats in real time using next-gen SIEM and our proprietary Jera AI 4.0 engine, all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- monitoring of client networks via Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and Jera AI dashboards
- Triage and investigate security alerts (phishing, malware, lateral movement)
- Initial incident documentation and escalation to L2/L3 teams in the UK
- Perform basic log analysis, endpoint checks, and user behavior profiling
- Update tickets in ServiceNow and provide shift handover reports
- Work UK hours (2 PM – 11 PM PH time, Mon–Fri) with fixed weekends off
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related (fresh grads welcome!)
- 0–2 years experience (internships or personal labs count)
- Basic understanding of networking, Windows/Linux logs, and TCP/IP
- Familiarity with any SIEM or ticketing tool is a plus
- CompTIA Security+, Azure Fundamentals
- Excellent English communication (you’ll speak directly with UK clients)
- Strong learning mindset and attention to detail
