Job Summary

Greyhawk Forensics is hiring a mid-level Corporate Investigator to conduct discreet investigations into internal fraud, insider threats, and compliance issues for Philippine businesses using Jera AI 4.0. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on uncovering hidden patterns in corporate data, ensuring DPA compliance, and delivering actionable reports. You’ll work on cases for BPOs, finance firms, and government entities, supporting Greyhawk’s mission of “Truth. Protection. Action” while advancing your skills through programs like CERTIFIED CSI+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth investigations into corporate fraud, data leaks, and employee misconduct using digital forensics tools and Jera AI 4.0 for behavioral profiling.
  • Gather and analyze evidence from emails, networks, and devices, preparing DPA-compliant reports for legal or internal use.
  • Conduct interviews, OSINT research, and surveillance as needed, coordinating with legal teams.
  • Collaborate with forensics and cybersecurity teams on integrated cases, such as tracing financial anomalies or deepfake incidents.
  • Develop investigation plans, manage timelines, and present findings to clients with clear recommendations.
  • Stay current on Philippine laws (e.g., RA 10175) and contribute to Greyhawk’s training initiatives.
  • Assist in mentoring junior staff and supporting business development through case studies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, IT, Law, or related field; certifications like CERTIFIED CSI+ or CFE preferred.
  • 3+ years in investigations, forensics, or compliance, with experience in corporate settings.
  • Proficiency in forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, Volatility) and AI platforms; knowledge of Jera AI a plus.
  • Strong understanding of DPA, corporate governance, and ethical investigation practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information; willingness to travel for field work.
  • Familiarity with Philippine cyber threats (e.g., insider leaks, fraud) required.
