Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system logs for anomalies and flag alerts using Jera AI under supervision.
• Assist in initial incident triage and documentation for DPA compliance.
• Participate in training sessions and basic response tasks, such as user access checks.
• Support team in preparing simple reports for clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or current college student in IT/cybersecurity (no experience required).
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn security tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
