Job Summary

Greyhawk Forensics is seeking a seasoned Team Forensic Manager to lead our digital forensics division, overseeing investigations into cybercrimes, data breaches, and fraud using cutting-edge tools like Jera AI 4.0. This mid-senior role is ideal for a leader passionate about mentoring teams, ensuring DPA-compliant processes, and delivering actionable insights for clients in BPOs, government, and law enforcement. As part of our Manila-based team, you’ll drive forensic excellence in the Philippines’ cybersecurity landscape, contributing to high-impact cases and training programs like CERTIFIED CSI+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5-10 forensic analysts in conducting digital evidence analysis, including device imaging, network forensics, and malware dissection using tools like Autopsy, EnCase, and Jera AI 4.0.
  • Manage end-to-end investigations, from evidence collection to court-admissible reporting, ensuring compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA) and international standards like ISO 27037.
  • Oversee case prioritization, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to reduce investigation times by 30-50% through AI integration.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing training in Greyhawk’s CERTIFIED CSI+ program and fostering skill development in AI forensics and threat profiling.
  • Collaborate with clients (e.g., BPOs, law firms) to scope investigations, present findings, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Conduct internal audits and quality checks on forensic processes, aligning with NICE Framework tasks like T1394 (Perform forensic analysis).
  • Stay updated on Philippine cyber threats (e.g., phishing, insider leaks) and contribute to Greyhawk’s thought leadership through blogs or webinars.
  • Support sales and partnerships by demonstrating Jera AI capabilities in demos and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a related field; certifications like CERTIFIED CSI+, CHFI, or GIAC GCFA required.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital forensics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams and investigations.
  • Proficiency in forensic tools (e.g., FTK, Volatility) and AI platforms; familiarity with Jera AI 4.0 or similar a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of DPA, RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and ISO 27001 for evidence handling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills; ability to mentor beginners.
  • Experience in Philippine-specific threats (e.g., OSAEC, financial fraud) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for field work and client meetings.
